Dicoll have been producing information kiosks, Internet kiosks, Wall Mount Kiosks and Ticketing kiosk solutions for many years and the technology used within our kiosks has proven to be reliable and consistent. A reliable kiosk coupled with a stable maintenance support service will eliminate any inefficiencies.

Dicoll works in partnership with a company called Esteem Managed Services (Formerly Linetex) who provide our kiosk and LCD touch screen nationwide maintenance and support service.

Installation and Service

Dicoll can maintain your entire Kiosk and LCD touch screen project with a range of support services that will provide you with complete piece of mind.

Installation

A full kiosk installation service is offered to all our customers and our support team has experience of fitting Kiosks in a wide variety of environments. Installation includes:

  • Delivery
  • On-site commissioning and testing
  • Familiarisation for staff

Full on site kiosk maintenance

To ensure our customers a smooth-running Kiosk project, we also offer complete service packages on our Kiosks that include:

  • 48 hour on-site response time
  • 7 day call-out
  • 24 hour telephone support

Remote kiosk Monitoring

We also offer the option to have a remote kiosk monitoring service as part of your kiosk maintenance package so that if any Kiosk errors do occur, the remote server can email/send an SMS text message to us at Dicoll. Site Remote allows us to do the following:

  • Upgrades/repairs to Kiosk configuration
  • Fix software problems
  • Reboot
  • Log Kiosk activities
  • Create custom reports on usage
  • This service requires your Kiosk to be connected to the Internet
